INCLUDED SERVICES

Our prices include taxes, tolls, tips and waiting time. For airport pickups, waiting time is 50 minutes from the moment the plane lands. For non-airport pickups, waiting time is 15 minutes from the pickup time.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is online when the booking is made and confirmed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup time.

Payments are processed through Redsys with encryption and security systems using SSL protocol.
